We charge around 7-20% concierge fee on top of the boutique price. (Concierge fee depend on model) Once we received your Chanel order, we will search for it in Europe. If there is stock, our staff will buy and couriered it back personally to Singapore. We need a 7% deposit payment by POSB/DBS/UOB transfer for confirm order 3 days before our Europe trip. The rest of the amount will be CASH on delivery. If there are no stock for the item you wanted, we will do a full refund back to your account. Our items are absolutely authentic. You will be given the copy or original store receipt of the purchase along with all the packaging materials it comes with.
